Review:

What an amazing final chapter. This series has been filled with so much love and grief and hardship but this was the ending I think we all deserved. Lei and Wren have been separated and Lei is back in the clutches of the King. But she’s not the same girl she was a year ago. And Wren is on the battlefront, no longer her daddy's little soldier.

Everything about this was so needed. The emotional upheaval from the last book now is smacking us right in the face and we have no choice but to dive in. What can I say, this series as a whole has been such an amazing ride, and I think I’ll be on this high for a bit. If you haven’t already, please read this! It’s everything you could want and more!

I am not for the petty popular girl books, and this is definitely not one of those books. The revenge you wish you got on the person who double-crossed you is finally let loose in one of the best and most inventive ways, and the ending left me jaw-dropped. This is a book everyone should have on their shelf.
