I mean it is to be expected when you're reading from the point of view of someone who has been kidnapped and is being held hostage, but honestly it was very intense. What also upped the ante was reading from the point of view of the kidnapper. Without giving anything away, he does a LOT to our main character and the other girls she's being held hostage with, so to not only witness what he does but also get inside his head was beyond creepy.
